Benchmark Print Supply

This is one of many of complaints regarding spam email received from Benchmark Print Supply. The U. S. District Court of Georgia, North District, has established an order that any spam received by ANY Internet user from Benchmark is unlawful. Remedy: $1,000.00 payable to each recipient of the spam. Effective date: On or about March 30, 2000.

The attached unsolicited advertising email apparently entered
the Internet on one of your computers.  Please investigate and
take the necessary action to prevent future spamming by your
customer.  Also, please acknowledge your customer is Mr. Sam
Khuri, currently subject to a formal court order that prohibits
him from sending spam and which requires him to pay $1,000.00
to each recipient of his spam for each incident.  Your assistance
in collecting the amount due will be appreciated.
