This is one of many of complaints regarding spam email received from Benchmark Print Supply. The U. S. District Court of Georgia, North District, has established an order that any spam received by ANY Internet user from Benchmark is unlawful. Remedy: $1,000.00 payable to each recipient of the spam. Effective date: On or about March 30, 2000.

This is a fourth instance of spamming by your customer to me (see details online at <http://www.tmisnet.com/~strads/spamhunt/benchmark/index.html>), which means I am now entitled to receive an additional $1000.00 in accordance with the court order -- and I am asking for your assistance in collecting the total amount due of $4,000.00. I understand. I have sent a letter to the Clerk of the Court, asking for the procedure involved in getting a copy of the court order. Hopefully, I will have something for you in two or three weeks.
Benchmark Print Supply aka Sam Khuri has been spamming for years and has been kicked off many other service providers for sending unsolicited advertising email. Finally, a UK provider (Bibliotech) sued in US District Court ... and won! ... an injunction that prohibited him from ever sending any spam again.
That is the court order I am referring to in my messagaes to you.
